After hours you can leave a message, send us an email or page Dr Baker in case of emergency.
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. Please be on time. If you are late we may need to reschedule your appointment.
We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment but after multiple missed appointments without notifying us 24 hours in advance a fee will be charged.
